For therapies in our clinic the medical necessity must be justified by the attending physician at first and subsequently applied for. If a rehabilitation is to take place immediately after a hospital stay, the application is submitted by the respective hospital department.

Our house / mission statement
Mental and functional disorders are causing an increasing social problem and are affecting more and more people. Not only the personal suffering of those affected, but also the concomittant chronically limited performance - which can lead to a loss of employment - require effective supportive and treatment measures.
The aim of psychiatric rehabilitation is to accompany patients on their way back into a stable family and the best social and working lives possible after suffering from depression, psychosomatic illnesses, anxiety disorders, mental crises or burnout syndrome.

Comfort and facilities
Our clinic has more than 170 beds with the peaceful view over the Danube and Göttweig Abbey. To ensure a more than comfortable stay in our clinic, all rooms are equipped with bright furniture, a shower and toilet, electrically adjustable beds, a fridge, a safe, radio, flatscreen TV, WIFI, direct dial telephones and a nurse call system with intercom. The rooms are mostly barrier-free and handicapped accessible. Almost every room has a balcony.
Leisure program
Cozy lounges invite you to linger, switch off, watch TV or play games. Our relaxation rooms with infrared cabins offer a retreat for relaxation and well-being. Numerous walking, cycling and hiking trails in the area and the proximity to the Wachau region complete the offer. On our sun terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Danube.
