Application

How to get to psychiatric rehabilitation?

The application is made by the attending physician (general practitioner, specialist or doctor in a stationary institution) and forwarded to the responsible social security. Insert on the second page "psychiatric rehabilitation" and indicate the "Private Hospital Hollenburg".

If the application has been approved, the insured will receive from us the admission date and information about the stay. The costs for the rehabilitation stay will be borne by the pension insurance companies.
