How can I register for the rehabilitation and does the insurance cover the costs for the rehabilitation?
Please use the corresponding rehabilitation application. This must be filled out by a specialist in psychiatry, a hospital or your family doctor and then approved by your social security office. (Are you a private patient / direct-payer? - for more information click here please)
What do I have to bring with me?
So that you are well prepared for your rehabilitation stay, we have put together a takeaway list for you:

Additional information:
- The nearest ATM is in: Krems/Danube, Furth or Traismauer.
- Wi-Fi is available to all our patients free of charge.
- For your dirty laundry, you have washing machines and dryers (coin slot), as well as ironing board and iron available. The detergent can be taken from home or purchased in the cafeteria.
Visitor / accompanying person / pets
You are welcome to meet your visit in our cafeteria / terrace. Please understand that in the rooms, on the floors, as well as in the therapy area no visit is permitted.
Visiting hours:
Outside of your therapy times, you are welcome to customize your free time and get a visit whenever you want. You can find out about your daily therapy schedule from your weekly therapy plan (end of therapy: Mo-Fr around 5 pm, on Saturdays after 12 noon).
Overnight accommodation for your visit:
For your visit you can book one of our modern equipped hotel rooms at the reception. Price per night and per person €54,00 (single or double use), breakfast buffet. Prices for children can be requested at the reception.
Pets:
Please note that for reasons of hygiene unfortunately no pets are allowed.
Accompanying person:
For an application for an escort, we would ask you to contact us in advance so that we can talk about any possible resulting impact on your rehab success.
How is the treatment plan designed during my stay?
Every Friday afternoon you will receive your current treatment plan for the following week.
On average, there are 1,240 therapy minutes per week, consisting of psychotherapy, occupational therapy, clinical and health psychology, physiotherapy and sports therapy, creative and music therapy, topic-specific groups and training courses. In addition there are two medical visits per week. Therapies take place from Monday to Friday (all day) and on Saturdays (half day), Sundays and holidays are therapy-free.
In addition to the basic program, further therapies will be prescribed by the doctors if necessary.
Supplementary therapies can be f.e. from the departments of dietology, massage and social work.
The therapies take place in group and individual settings.
Therapeutic outputs
Provided that you have a successful rehabilitation course, you can go home on weekends under the following conditions: At a distance of more than 150 km to the place of residence maximum 2 x 2 nights. Under 150km distance a maximum of 3 x 1 night. The therapeutic outputs should be discussed with your doctor.

The length of stay is determined by the pension insurance or your social insurance. In individual cases, a shortening or an extension can be applied for with your respective payee
