In our clinic we have been dealing for years with the topic "HACCP". A valid certificate and a valid inspection sticker from the Institute for Hospital Hygiene and Microbiology of the KAGes Steiermark exist for compliance with and implementation of this HACCP control system.

We mainly use products from the local region, we know our suppliers personally and attach particular importance to organic products and seasonal products. In addition to a rich breakfast buffet, we offer a menu selection and a wide selection of fresh salads.
Our chef de cuisine receives support from our dieticians in the food preparation. If required, menu plans for the home (individually tailored to the patient) are also created.
